Erasmus University and Delft University of Technology are joining forces with AI Port Center and iTanks to bring Artificial Intelligence from research into real-world applications in the port ecosystem.
This iAsk Pitch Event, organised in collaboration with the Convergence AI Port Center at Mondai | House of AI, focuses on the theme:

Please note that the event will take place in a hybrid format, with sessions in both English and Dutch.
The AI Port Center conducts practice-oriented research and innovation across the broader port ecosystem, addressing major transitions such as autonomous transport & logistics, the energy transition, and the future of work.
During this session, David Abbink, professor of Haptic Human-Robot Interaction at TU Delft and scientific director of FRAIM, will deliver the keynote. FRAIM is a transdisciplinary research and innovation centre focused on shaping the future of physical work.
In addition, several inspiring examples of AI innovations developed within the AI Port Center will be presented, including applications of Generative AI and Large Language Models to capture and make maritime engineering knowledge more accessible and usable.
The programme will also feature pitches from innovative startups, who will present their ideas to an expert jury and the iTanks network.
Expect an afternoon of inspiration, innovation, and networking, with plenty of opportunities to exchange knowledge and connect with professionals from industry, academia, and the startup ecosystem.
